St. Mary’s Parish family will celebrate our annual 40 Hours Eucharistic Devotions on September 12-14. We will have adoration in the church, and then conclude with evening prayer and benediction each evening at 7 PM. We need to have at least one person present for adoration throughout the day, and so I would like to invite anyone who is able to please consider spending some time with our Lord. As we have just finished listening to the Bread of Life Discourse from St. John’s Gospel, now is an ideal time to be renewed in our faith in Jesus Christ, who is truly present in the Eucharist. Any time given to adoration of our Lord in the silence of the church throughout the day is time very well spent. Our Solemn Closing of 40 Hours is Tuesday September 14, the Feast of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross, at 7:00pm. Our guest homilist for each evening’s devotions is our former pastor, Rev. Jonathan P. Sawicki. All are welcome & encouraged to attend!
