40 Hours Eucharistic Devotions

St. Mary’s Parish family will celebrate our annual 40 Hours Eucharistic Devotions on September 14-16.  We will have adoration in the church, and then conclude with evening prayer and benediction each evening at 7 PM.  We need to have at least one person present for adoration throughout the day, and so I would like to invite anyone who is able to please consider spending some time with our Lord.  These days mark an ideal time to be renewed in our faith in Jesus Christ, who is truly present in the Eucharist.  Any time given to adoration of our Lord in the silence of the church throughout the day is time very well spent. We begin our devotions on Sunday, September 14, the Feast of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross.  We will have a relic of the True Cross on display for veneration.  Our guest homilist for each evening’s devotions is Fr. Peter Rettig, the parochial vicar at St. Francis of Assisi Church in Harrisburg. All are welcome & encouraged to attend!
